We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided you have used 2 or fewer of your 5 purchased analyses.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@thisvalid.com with:

• Your order confirmation or payment receipt.
• A brief reason for the refund request.

We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Non-refundable cases

• Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase.
• Packs where 3 or more analyses have been used.
• Abuse of the service in violation of our Terms of Service.
